Insurance Amendment Act 1983 No. 129 of 1983 - SECT 10

10. (1) Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after
paragraph (2) (e) the following paragraph:

''(ea) if the name of the body corporate is reserved or registered under the
law in force in a State or Territory relating to companies and the body
corporate is neither incorporated, nor registered as a foreign company, under
that law-the name of each such State or Territory and the date of reservation
or registration;''.

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) does not apply in relation to an
application made under sub-section 22 (1) of the Principal Act before the
commencement of this section.
