Insurance Amendment Act 1983 No. 129 of 1983 - SECT 36

Inspection of Register, accounts and auditors' certificates 

36. Section 123 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:

''(aa) inspect an auditor's certificate lodged with the Commissioner under
section 48;''; and

         (b)  by inserting in paragraph (c) ''auditor's certificate,'' after
''such an''.
