Insurance Amendment Act 1983 No. 129 of 1983 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the
twenty-eighth day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Paragraph 3 (c) and section 24 shall come into operation on such date as
is, or on such respective dates as are, fixed by Proclamation.

(3) The amendment of sub-section 113 (4) of the Principal Act made by section
42 shall come into operation on the date on which that sub-section comes into
operation.
