INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REFORM ACT 1993 No. 98 of 1993 - SECT 63

63. In this Division:

"Federal Court" means the Federal Court of Australia;

"new Court" means the Industrial Relations Court of Australia;

"relevant proceeding" means a proceeding in a matter under section 45D or 45E
of the Trade Practices Act 1974 that was pending immediately before the
commencement of Part 6 of this Act;

"transition" means the commencement of Divisions 2 and 3 and of this Division.
