INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REFORM ACT 1993 No. 98 of 1993 - SECT 67

67.(1) The new Court has the same powers in respect of an order of the
Federal Court made:

   (a)  under the Industrial Relations Act 1988; or

   (b)  under the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904; or

   (c)  in a relevant proceeding; as if the order were an order of the
        new Court. Those powers include powers in respect of contempt of court
        and enforcing orders.

(2) Subsection (1) does not limit or affect the Federal Court's own powers.
