INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REFORM ACT 1993 No. 98 of 1993 - SECT 76
Repeal of sections 193 and 193A
76.(1) Sections 193 and 193A of the Principal Act are repealed.
(2) Despite section 8 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, no further action
is to be taken under section 193 or 193A of the Principal Act after the
commencement of this section.
