INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REFORM ACT 1993 No. 98 of 1993 - SECT 75

75. Section 189 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraphs (1)(b)
and (c) and substituting the following paragraphs:

"(b) in the case of an association of employers-the members who are employers
have, in the aggregate, throughout the 6 months before the application,
employed on an average taken per month at least 100 employees;

   (c)  in the case of an association of employees-the association has at
        least 100 members who are employees;".
