INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REFORM ACT 1993 No. 98 of 1993 - SECT 8

8. Section 89 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (a) and
substituting the following paragraph:

"(a) to prevent and settle industrial disputes:

        (i)    so far as possible, by conciliation; and

        (ii)   where necessary, by arbitration; and".
