INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REFORM ACT 1993 No. 98 of 1993 - SECT 9
Commission to take into account the public interest
9. Section 90 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph (1)(a)
"and, in particular, the objects of this Part" after "Act".
