INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 50 of 1976 - SECT 12

12. Section 82P of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by inserting in sub-section (2), after the words ''of section 82S'', the
words ''and sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (d) of sub- section (1) of
section 82SA''; and

   (b)  by inserting in sub-section (3), after the words ''of section 82S'',
        the words ''and sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (d) of sub-section (1)
        of section 82SA''.
