INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 50 of 1976 - SECT 6

6. Section 44 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub- section
(2), after the words ''of section 82S'', the words ''or sub-section (1) of
section 82SA''.
