Income Tax Assessment Amendment Act 1983 No. 14 of 1983 - SECT 60

60. Section 221YA of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by inserting after the definition of ''estimated taxable income'' in
sub-section (1) the following definition:

'' 'prescribed payment' means a prescribed payment as defined in section
221YHA;'';

(b) by inserting in paragraph (5) (b) ''or 124ZAFA'' after ''124ZAF'';

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (5) (d) ''section 124ZAF'' and substituting
        ''sections 124ZAF and 124ZAFA''; and

   (d)  by omitting from paragraph (5) (e) ''section 124ZAF'' and substituting
        ''sections 124ZAF and 124ZAFA''.
