Income Tax Laws Amendment Act (No. 3) 1981 No. 154 of 1981 - SECT 5

5. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (g) ''subject to Division 9A,''; and

   (b)  by inserting in sub-paragraph (g) (i) '', not being a friendly society
dispensary'' after ''friendly society''.
