JUDICIARY AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1979 No. 138 of 1979 - SECT 3

3. Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the definition of
''The Chief Justice'' and substituting the following definitions:

'' 'Chief Justice' includes a Justice for the time being performing the duties
and exercising the powers of the Chief Justice;

'Justice' means a Justice of the High Court and includes the Chief Justice;''.
