JUDICIAL MISBEHAVIOUR AND INCAPACITY (PARLIAMENTARY COMMISSIONS) ACT 2012 (NO. 188, 2012) - SECT 56
False or misleading evidence
A person must not, at a hearing of a Commission, intentionally give evidence
that is to the knowledge of the person false or misleading with respect to any
matter, being a matter that is material to the Commission's investigation.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
