JUDICIAL MISBEHAVIOUR AND INCAPACITY (PARLIAMENTARY COMMISSIONS) ACT 2012 (NO. 188, 2012) - SECT 57

                   A person commits an offence if the person:

                     (a)  uses violence against; or

                     (b)  inflicts punishment on; or

                     (c)  causes damage, loss or disadvantage to;

another person for or on account of the person having produced a document or other thing under a notice given under section 25.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 12 months.
