LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 136 of 1991 - SECT 24

24. Section 172 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraph (1)(a) "and";

   (b)  by adding at the end of subsection (1) the following word and
        paragraph:

"; and (d) the fees payable to the Commission on making a prescribed
application, or giving a prescribed notice, to the Commission under this Act
or the regulations.".
