LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 136 of 1991 - SECT 25

25. Any charge or fee paid to the Trade Practices Commission before the
commencement of this section (other than a prescribed fee payable under the
Principal Act) is taken, for all purposes, to have been payable under that
Act.
