LEGISLATIVE DRAFTING INSTITUTE ACT 1974 No. 6 of 1974 - SECT 11
Remuneration of Director.
11. (1) The Director shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by the
Remuneration Tribunal, but, until that remuneration is so determined, he shall
be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.
(2) Subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973, the Director shall be paid
such allowances as are prescribed.
(3) Payments under this section shall be made out of the funds of the
Institute.
