LEGISLATIVE DRAFTING INSTITUTE ACT 1974 No. 6 of 1974 - SECT 12

Leave of absence. 
12. The Attorney-General may grant leave of absence to the Director upon such
terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Attorney-General
determines.
