LOCAL GOVERNMENT (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 78, 1991 - SECT 18

18. (1) In this section:

"amended Act" means the Principal Act as amended by this Act.

(2) For the purposes of the amended Act, an estimate by the Statistician for
the purposes of section 7 of the Principal Act of the population of a State on
31 December 1990 has effect as if it had been made for the purposes of section
7 of the amended Act.
