LIFE INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 32 of 1977 - SECT 11

Provisions in relation to the establishment of statutory funds in respect of classes of life insurance business. 
11. Section 40 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-sections (10) and (11);

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-section (12) the words ''or, on
        appeal, by the Court,'' and substituting the words ''or by the
        Administrative Appeals Tribunal''; and

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-section (13) the words ''or, on
        appeal, by the Court,'' and substituting the words ''or by the
        Administrative Appeals Tribunal''.
