LIFE INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 32 of 1977 - SECT 16

16. Section 49 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
sub-sections (3) and (4) the words ''or, if those rules have been amended by
the regulations, in accordance with those rules as so amended''.
