LIFE INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 32 of 1977 - SECT 22

22. Section 89 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (2) the words ''the Principal Registrar,
        a Deputy Registrar or a District Registrar of the Court'' and
        substituting the words ''a Registrar, a District Registrar, a Deputy
        Registrar or a Deputy District Registrar of the Court''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (3) the word ''Justice'' and substituting
        the word ''Judge''.
