LIFE INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 32 of 1977 - SECT 24

Probate or administration may be dispensed with in certain cases.

24. Section 103 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) the figures ''$2,000'' (wherever occurring) and substituting the words
''$6,000 or such other amount as is prescribed for the purposes of this
section''.
