LIFE INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 32 of 1977 - SECT 28
Limitation of amount payable on death of child.
28. Section 109 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the words ''the
amount specified in the Seventh Schedule and applicable to the case (in this
Division referred to as 'the amount payable under the Seventh Schedule')'' and
substituting the words ''the prescribed amount as defined by section 108''.
