NATIONAL FILM AND SOUND ARCHIVE ACT 2008 (NO. 14, 2008) - SECT 3

                   In this Act:

"Board" means the Board of the National Film and Sound Archive.

"CEO" means the Chief Executive Officer of the National Film and Sound Archive.

"Chair" means the Chair of the Board.

"Deputy Chair" means the Deputy Chair of the Board.

"member" means a member of the Board and includes the Chair and Deputy Chair.

"program" means any of the following:

                     (a)  a screen production;

                     (b)  an aggregate of sounds embodied in any material;

                     (c)  an aggregate of images or sounds, or of images and sounds, that is, or is intended to be, distributed without first having been embodied in any material.

"screen production" means an aggregate of images, or of images and sounds, embodied in any material that can be viewed on a screen (including, for example, a film).
