- (1)
- A resolution is taken to have been passed at a meeting of the Commission
if, without meeting, a sufficient number of ordinary members indicate
agreement with a resolution in accordance with a method determined by the
Commission under subsection (2).
Note: Sufficient number of ordinary members is defined by
subsection (3).

- Subsection (1) does not apply unless the Commission:
(a) determines that it applies; and
(b) determines the method by which ordinary members are to indicate
agreement with the resolution.

- In this section:
"sufficient number of ordinary members", in relation to a resolution, means a
majority of the number of ordinary members who would have been entitled to
vote on the resolution at a meeting of the Commission if they had been present
at the meeting.
