NATIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATOR ACT 2011 (NO. 12, 2011) - SECT 130

Civil penalty--breach of condition of accreditation

                   A person contravenes this section if:

                     (a)  a VET accredited course is accredited in respect of the person; and

                     (b)  a condition is imposed on the accreditation of the course; and

                     (c)  the person does an act or omits to do an act; and

                     (d)  the act or omission breaches the condition.

Civil penalty:          120 penalty units.
