Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) A Commissioner must give written notice to the Minister of all interests, pecuniary or otherwise, that the Commissioner has or acquires and that conflict or could conflict with the proper performance of the National VET Regulator's functions.
(2) The notice must be given to the Minister as soon as practicable after the Commissioner becomes aware of the potential for conflict of interest.
