Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) The National VET Regulator may, at any time, conduct a compliance audit of an NVR registered training organisation's operations to assess whether the organisation continues to comply with the VET Quality Framework.
(2) The National VET Regulator may also review or examine any aspect of an NVR registered training organisation's operations to determine any systemic issues relating to the quality of vocational education and training.
