NATIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATOR ACT 2011 (NO. 12, 2011) - SECT 64
Failure to comply with National VET Regulator's request
A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is given a request under section 62; and
(b) the person fails to comply with the request.
Penalty: 30
penalty units.
