PIPELINE AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 188, 1992 - SECT 23

23. Section 35 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

"(1A) In the exercise of its powers under this Act, a subsidiary company must
cause as little detriment and inconvenience, and do as little damage, as
possible.";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (2) "by the Authority or by a subsidiary
company, as the case may be" after "exercise";
(c) by inserting in subsection (2) "or by the company, as the case requires"
after "paid by the Authority";

   (d)  by inserting in subsection (3) "by the Authority or a subsidiary
company" after "of this Act";
(e) by inserting in subsection (3) "or the company, as the case requires,"
after "the Authority" (first occurring);
(f) by inserting in subsection (3) "or the company" after "the Authority"
(last occurring);
(g) by inserting in subsection (4) "or a subsidiary company" after "the
Authority";
(h) by inserting in subsection (5) "or a subsidiary company" after "the
Authority".
