PIPELINE AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 188, 1992 - SECT 24

24. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting "or a company that is a subsidiary of the Authority"
        after

"Authority" (first occurring);
(b) by omitting "the Authority" and substituting "it".
