PETROLEUM AND MINERALS AUTHORITY ACT 1973 No. 43, 1974 - SECT 18

18. (1) The Chairman and the Executive Member shall be paid remuneration at
such respective rates, and annual allowances at such respective rates (if
any), as the Parliament fixes, but, until 1 January 1975, those rates of
remuneration and the rates (if any) of those allowances, shall be as
prescribed.

(2) A part-time member shall be paid remuneration at such rate as the
Parliament fixes, but, until 1 January 1975 the rate of that remuneration
shall be as prescribed.

(3) A part-time member shall be paid such allowances (not including an annual
allowance) as are prescribed.
