PETROLEUM AND MINERALS AUTHORITY ACT 1973 No. 43, 1974 - SECT 19

Leave of absence. 
19. The Minister may grant leave of absence to a member other than the
Secretary on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the
Minister determines.
