POSTAL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 147, 1983 - SECT 25

25. Section 116 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) ''through the post''; and


         (b)  by inserting after ''sending by post'' in paragraph (g) '', by
the courier service or by an electronic mail service''.
