PLANT BREEDER'S RIGHTS ACT 1994 No. 110, 1994 - SECT 58

58.(1) There is established by this section a Registrar of Plant Breeder's
Rights.

(2) The office of the Registrar of Plant Breeder's Rights is an office in the
Department.

(3) The Registrar has the functions and powers:

   (a)  that are conferred on the Registrar by this Act or by the regulations;
        or

   (b)  that are delegated to the Registrar by the Secretary under section 59.
