PLANT BREEDER'S RIGHTS ACT 1994 No. 110, 1994 - SECT 59
Delegation
59.(1) The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate to the Registrar, or
to another officer of the Department within the Senior Executive Service, any
of the powers or functions of the Minister under this Act.
(2) The Secretary may, by signed instrument, delegate to the Registrar, or to
another officer of the Department within the Senior Executive Service, any of
the powers or functions of the Secretary under this Act.
