PLANT BREEDER'S RIGHTS ACT 1994 No. 110, 1994 - SECT 67

67.(1) The Registrar may convene such meetings of the Advisory Committee as
are necessary for the purposes of the performance of the functions of the
Advisory Committee.

(2) At a meeting of the Advisory Committee, 4 members constitute a quorum.

(3) The Registrar presides at a meeting of the Advisory Committee at which the
Registrar is present.

(4) If the Registrar is not present, the members present must elect one of
their number to preside at the meeting.

(5) Subject to subsection (2), the Advisory Committee may determine the
procedure to be followed at a meeting of the Committee.
