PLANT BREEDER'S RIGHTS ACT 1994 No. 110, 1994 - SECT 68

68.(1) The Secretary must issue a journal, to be called the Plant Varieties
Journal, at least 4 times each year.

(2) Any public notice that the Secretary is required to make under this Act
must be published in the Journal.

(3) Public notice of any matter additional to the matters referred to in
subsection (2) that the Secretary considers it necessary or desirable to
publicise may also be published in the Journal.

(4) If the Secretary considers it desirable to give additional public notice
of matters by publishing notices of those matters in a periodical other than
the Journal, the Secretary may arrange for, or consent to, the giving of
additional public notice of those matters in the periodical.
