PUBLIC LENDING RIGHT ACT 1985 No. 200, 1985 - SECT 23

23. Where an amount by way of a payment under the scheme has been paid to a
person in consequence of the making of a statement, or the presentation of a
document, by or on behalf of the person, being a statement or document that
was, whether to the knowledge of the person or not, false or misleading in a
material particular, an amount equal to the amount of the payment is
recoverable from the person by the Commonwealth in a court of competent
jurisdiction as a debt due to the Commonwealth.
