PUBLIC LENDING RIGHT ACT 1985 No. 200, 1985 - SECT 24

24. For the purposes of sections 22 and 23, a certificate purporting to be
signed by the Chairperson or a person acting as Chairperson and stating that
an amount by way of a payment under the scheme has been paid in consequence of
the making of a statement, or the presentation of a document, is prima facie
evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
