PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 10

10. Section 47D of the Public Service Act 1922-1973 applies in relation to
employment under this Part as if, in that section-

   (a)  a reference to the appropriate authority of a Territory were a
        reference to the Minister;

   (b)  a reference to an office in the Territorial Service were a reference
        to employment under this Part; and

   (c)  a reference to an officer of the Territorial Service were a reference
        to a person employed under this Part.
