PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 9
Employment under this Part simultaneous with other employment.
9. Except as otherwise provided by this Act or the regulations, nothing in
this Act prevents a person from being employed under this Part at the same
time as he is the holder of an office, or otherwise employed, under an Act, a
State Act or an Ordinance (including an Ordinance of the Australian Capital
Territory or of the Northern Territory of Australia).
