PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 53
Benefits accrued but not paid before prescribed date.
53. Where, before the prescribed date, a benefit had accrued under the
Superannuation Ordinance or the Contract Officers Ordinance, but was not paid
before that date, that benefit shall be paid as if it had accrued under this
Act.
