PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 54

PART IX-MISCELLANEOUS
54. (1) A dispute under Part V or VI shall be determined in the first instance
by the appropriate Board.

(2) A person aggrieved by a decision of the Board on such a dispute may appeal
to the High Court constituted by a single justice of the Court, and the Court
so constituted may hear and determine the appeal.

(3) A decision of the High Court under this section is final and conclusive.
