PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) TERMINATION ACT 1976 No. 69, 1976 - SECT 20

20. Section 61 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the words ''Superannuation Board'' and
substituting the word ''Commissioner'';

   (b)  by omitting from sub-sections (2), (4), (6), (7) and (8) the word
''Board'' (wherever occurring) and substituting the word ''Commissioner''; and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (4) the word ''its'' and substituting the
        word ''his''.
