PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) TERMINATION ACT 1976 No. 69, 1976 - SECT 32

32. (1) Notwithstanding the amendments of the Principal Act by this Act-

   (a)  a notice, document or other instrument to which this Part applies
        served on a Board under that Act before the commencing date has effect
        on and after that date as if it had been served on the Commissioner;
        and

   (b)  any thing done, step taken, or decision made, by a Board under that
        Act before the commencing date has effect on and after that date, but
        subject to the Principal Act as amended by this Act, as if it had been
        done, taken or made by the Commissioner.

(2) This section has effect without prejudice to the application of any other
provision of this Part.
