POSTAL SERVICES ACT 1975 No. 54, 1975 - SECT 11

11. (1) The Commission may erect and maintain receptacles or boxes for the
reception, for transmission by post, of postal articles in any public road,
street or highway or in any other public place.

(2) The Commission shall keep in good order, and may, at any time demolish or
remove, any receptacle or box erected by it for the reception of postal
articles.
